The included support can be extended and/or upgraded with the purchase of HP Care Pack Services. There are four different levels of Care Pack Services that deliver different levels of support, available for Data Protector Express. These can be used to upgrade the included Standard Business Hours Support. All these levels of support can be extended to 3 years.
