Protection and endurance for computers

Battery discharge management
With the programmable socket function, invented by MGE UPS SYSTEMS, the battery discharge times can be allocated in order of priority to the most critical applications. This Powershare function is available on the Pulsar ellipse 1200.
Hibernation mode
In the event of long periods of power failure, the software switches the PC to hibernation mode: the PC then restarts immediately in its original state.
◗ The new communication port fitted to the Pulsar ellipse models combines both USB and Serial modes.
◗ The 2 cables required for this purpose are supplied with the unit, enabling it to be used in USBcompatible environments (Windows XP/Me/2000, Mac OS X and 9) as well as Serial environments (Linux, Windows NT, Netware, etc.).

◗ This port eliminates interference carried by fax/modem/Internet telephone lines or by Ethernet 10/100 computer networks.
